Refund and Returns Policy

At Services on Call, we strive to provide high-quality home and commercial services. We value your satisfaction and aim to be transparent about how we handle refunds and service cancellations.

1. Service Satisfaction & Re-work

Since we provide labor-based services, we do not offer “returns” in the traditional sense. However, we do offer a Service Guarantee:

  • If you are unsatisfied with the quality of work performed, please report the issue to us within 24–48 hours of service completion.

  • We will send a technician to inspect the work. If the fault lies with our service delivery, we will rectify the issue at no additional labor cost to you.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Before Technician Dispatch: You may cancel or reschedule your booking free of charge up to 2 hours before the scheduled time slot.

  • After Technician Dispatch: If you cancel the service once the technician has reached your premises or is en route, a nominal visiting charge may apply to cover the technician’s travel and time.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are processed under the following specific conditions:

  • Overpayment: If you were accidentally charged more than the quoted/invoiced amount.

  • Non-Performance: If a service was pre-paid online but our technician failed to arrive or provide the service.

  • Unresolved Issues: If a technical issue persists after multiple rectification attempts by our team and it is determined that the service cannot be completed.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Visiting/Inspection Charges: Once a technician has visited your site and provided an inspection/diagnosis, the visiting fee is non-refundable, even if you choose not to proceed with the suggested repair.

  • Spare Parts: Any spare parts purchased and installed with your consent are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty and are generally non-refundable once fitted.

5. Refund Process

Once a refund request is approved:

  • The refund will be processed back to the original payment method (Bank Account, UPI, or Wallet).

  • Please allow 5–7 working days for the credit to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
